  1. Thanks to your answer I moved forward a lot so thank you. Before I forget here is a quick tutorial to show your technique with the Brush tool in Smooth mode :
  2. Waw thank you so much Cerbera this is a very interesting and detailed answer. I'll use your approach and post the result here. Have a great day, regards.
  3. Hey Cerbera thanks it is a snow fox from Manitoba Canada 😉 I just checked the model : there's nobody / nothing under the clothing so it is straight forward and there is no risk of intersection. If you would have to move it to T-pose in C4D, which tools / approach would you give a try ? Thank you in advance, have a good Sunday. Regards.
  4. Hello CORE4D community. I have to rig and animate this character model (render enclosed) but it is available in A-pose not in T-pose. Would you recommand to rig it right away in A-pose? Or would you recommand to first modify the model from A-pose into T-pose? If so, which tools & workflow would you use / recommand? Thank you in advance, kind regards. Good day.
  5. Thank you! It was totally the "locked axis displayed white in the gizmo". Weird because before posting here I found it in a tut and tried it but it didn't work. Well now it works! With indeed CTRL + double click on the white axis it stops being "viewport locked" on any axis, and then as suggested "click & drag anywhere in the viewport EXCEPT the gizmo, to scale uniformly on all axes" works all good as should be. Thank you guys, I'm glad I subscribed and asked. Have a good time. Regards. Olivié
  6. Dear fellow C4D users, I'm new to C4D coming from 3ds Max, and while I usually find my way around I am now facing a problem for the most basic task : somehow I can't uniformly scale a polygon object in one click&drag in the viewport... It works for parametric objects (a cube, a figure etc) but not for a polygonal object (modeled or merged) : only 1 or 2 axis scale for them. As in my screenshot : I'm in scale tool, no XYZ axis lock, in Model mode (not Object mode), and I can't find a way to have a uniform scale, even with CTRL or SHIFT, it only scales on 1 or 2 axis... The workaround I found is to use the Place tool. It works but is not the intended tool I guess !? Sorry for the silly topic but how can I uniformly scale a polygon object, in one click&drag with the scale tool in the viewport ? In this tut apparently at 2min00sec it shows that it is possible... but I can't find how with my mouse buttons and keyboard strokes : Thank you, have a good day! Regards. Olivié.
