  1. I exported some geo from Houdini to C4D with vertex Cd, it shows up fine in the viewport when clicking on the tag, but when inserting the tag into a C4d Vertex Map node it shows up as plain white. https://imgur.com/a/o4121me
  2. Hi there! Sorry for the late reply but yes, I've found the culprit and I felt so dumb after, you need to go to the TP settings and make sure to set the "Max Particles" to a number higher than what your sim has 🙂
  3. I did try and import them as polygon object, and while that does seem to fix the weird glitch it has a couple of limitations, biggest one for me is not being able to use the attributes I exported from Houdini (pscale, Cd) to influence the look of the particles. Would love to know if there is a way to use these with polygon object, if not guess I'll have to just use this way, but it's still a bit weird that TP does that.
  4. Hello! I have imported an alembic particle simulation from Houdini to C4D, used thinking particles for the import, particles work fine in the viewport (although slow as hell), but at certain points the particles just disappear for a frame or two and then come back. The particle sim has a max limit of 1 million particles per frame, I don't know if this is too much to handle for my 3070 as they render out pretty quick. I have attached a video below showing the particles flickering in the render. 888457530_particlesflicker.mp4
