  1. HI Bezo, Great tip. I'm looking at the UV window now! I'm a little lost on the Texture/view/frame selected UV Elements. I guess I need to learn more about uv's. I am able to open that window but I don't know what to do with it when I do. The texture map overlaps itself. I'm guessing thats the problem. I have had good luck using the displacer tag with a texture that has "displacement" activated, then clicking "emulation" in the displacement object tab. The sad part of that is that I have to scale the object to change the height of the displacement. This technique is for multiple textures applied to the same object. Using a displacer with the shading set to to color, allows you to control the height but not for multiple textures. Wrangling the details. Best
  2. and while we're at it, any ideas about why bake material (or bake object when its not going black) generates all this noise in the baked texture map? the file with assets is large, let me know if you want a link... Many thanks for your help!
  3. same here! I've uploaded the file. It fails with a single texture or with polygon selections-- no matter... I used this a lot in previous versions. I think a lot of stuff got broken between 24-26 and they're just putting the pieces back together again... ProjectWassets.zip
