  2. Is there a plugin that allows to create fast pbr materials in c4d program? I mean not to connect manually each texture and set the color space type.
  3. I wish the developers of cinema 4d would show that they listen to their users. Because right now it looks like an excuse. You could add not quickly but really something useful. And what do we have in the last few years? Lots of time spent on nodes for their dead render (physical and standard) Well really who can come to mind to waste so much time, then adaptation of Pro Render, well, it was clear to all that this is unpromising. Then, when everyone expects something trains us to roll out a new interface, which was already good and replace the free plugin to import files illustrator. Doesn't it look like a mockery? It pains me to write this, I've been using Cinema 4d since R13 and back then it really looked like a flagship motion design software. If I'm not mistaken there was news on the maxon website about the development of a new engine for cinema 4d, it was R17 or R18. We already have R25 and it's just as slow as R13. 10 years ago.

  5. I think that the developers of maxon should have made something complex and impressive for the showcase, to show the possibilities and interest people. Because right now it doesn't look like a working tool. About ten 3D designers I know don't even try it, but that doesn't stop them all from looking at blender nodes or Houdini with admiration and a desire to try it. But we have dozens of hours of new video tutorials on the official channel where mediocre designers are telling about the basic and the most simple things which are already abundant in YouTube.
  6. the simplest example. On YouTube or in any paid course, you won't find a tutorial or show any useful tool created with nodes in cinema 4d. All there is is creating a useless sphere that we can squeeze out or something like that. Abstract stuff. Please show me at least 1 example created with nodes in cinema 4d and it was really exciting and complex. I'd like to be wrong about that.

In blender it's a really useful tool to work with, but in cinema 4d it's useless crap that isn't good for anything at all.   9. Now I'm thinking about Red Giant. Guys tell me honestly over the past 5 years, no one used the new plugins or perhaps new features of any of the plugins this company ? Is the new particular or Form any better than the old one ? or for example "looks" ? 5 versions already, but they are no better than the first one. Or Denoiser, does it work for anyone? In my experience if someone needs this function they will use "Neat video", which really works. Lots of presets for Universe, they are all much worse than what you can buy much cheaper on videohive. I don't want to offend anyone, but a huge company for 4-5 years hasn't done anything really useful. But we can't buy, only rent, for a useless bunch of plugins
  10. For me, the problem is that I have to overpay, money for something that is not updated or what I do not need. First pay a bunch of redgiant plugins that have not contributed anything useful for 5 years, every year their plugins only glitchier and slower. And then to pay Insidium for a bunch of useless and useless add-ons when I only need x-particles. Going back to cinema 4d Since the release of R20 there is nothing added to our favorite program that we really need to work. Just 5 useless releases and it's not just my opinion.

First of all, in addition to cinema 4d for normal work have to buy a lot of plugins (they are different depending on the type of tasks) Render, because the physical or standart render is outdated for 10 years, I think you know it yourself. Most of the users are freelancers or small studios because the big studios use mostly other software.

  13. all 3ds packages get some important and good updates, but only cinema 4d adds obscure functionality that no one uses at all, and also updates icons
  14. I would like to get some updates on the modeling tool, now cinema 4d looks outdated on all counts by 10 years, People used to berate 3ds max but now it looks much faster stable and functional. Cinema 4d is unfortunately many years behind in all areas of 3D graphics, but it is the most expensive. I can't imagine a new person who would choose cinema 4d for that kind of money when all the competitors are better. I really hope that R26 will change my mind.
  15. worst release ever. There is not even one new function that is needed in the work. I was hoping for this release, but now I definitely decided not to renew my subscription and go to blender + houdini.
