yes , when I watched the video you linked in the blog , I saw how great those features are !
if 3d coat don't have similar features , then I would go for z-brush , because my main reason to use a sculpting app is to get the complete freedom .
yes , I can deal with the topology in c4d , it is not a problem (I was training with few examples earlier )
if you use the reflectance channel only , and the physical renderer with progressive mode , you will get incredibly fast preview , which is great and combined with interactive render region , it is super fast (you can see GSG video about it )

I will think about it this weekend , and make my mind . Yes , I know how sculpting in c4d is nice , but what I need is features to allow me to sculpt from scratch with complete freedom .
