Batten down the hatches, the wind is really strong. I went MTB riding and had to walk along a ridge as the wind was so strong I couldn't ride.

Visiting the relations this afternoon. Fine weather for a change after all the rain and wind we've been having lately. One of the worst summers I can recall.

Feeling a bit sore. Just got back from accident & emergency after falling off my mountain bike and landing face first. Don't panic I'll live but I'm not a pretty sight at the moment.
