World Cup Cricket: NZ thrashes England

Doing a lot of travelling in my job this week. Didn't get to today's Motel until 9.00 p.m. Still managed to squeeze in a bike ride after work and before travelling.

Just been for a swim in the pool. 32 deg C here

Away for the weekend. Done a 149km road cycle race today. Time 3h, 59m, 55s. Perfect day for a fast time.

Stuffed after doing a tough 115km bike ride. 2 big climbs and headwind back home. Thank goodness tomorrow is a rest day
