No, but I was able to turn it off on the light itself in attributes. It was greyed out option which was why I was confused but then realised I was in Takes which I must have hit by accident. Thanks.

I changed the voxel size and that's seemed to fix it.

Thanks. Im actually on PC. It turned out i had to reset c4d . All my paths had been broken.
