thanks man, thats an easy one, texture view is off , if you press the N key you'll notice a little menu pop up, with some options , like wire frame, hidden lines, lines and others , you'll also notice one that says texture, press the associated key, which in this case is Q and it ill turn the textures back on in the view port

looking good bro, would look good if one of the tables was tipped over, maybe the furthest one? with that much chaos going on else where in the scene i doubt the tables would be be on their feet ;)

how about a series of admin/owner made tutorials or something similar, would be good to see what you guys can do !

I appreciate that bro, already the Café is improving and looking more professional, I think that would be a good idea man, the cafes looking good but there's still some ways to go before its on the same level visually as the other big sites like cg talk ect, id be willing to make a donation, as I'm sure other members would aswell if it means improving the Café for everyone, to help pay for a professional to custom design the Café for us, this is a valuable tool for everyone so I don't think it would be unreasonable for some of the members to give something back ; )

Is there a way we could incorporate a the latest gallery images back on the home page like is was before, and simular to 3dtotal site? Rather than having to go specifically to the gallery.

Had a look at it bro and to be honest I still think envision dark I think it's called is by far the best looking. It's. Pretty damn sexy in my opinion ;) I don't know how the other members feel about it but although it's a nice option to have alternate themes personally I think we'd be better off just having the one, so that we all see the Café in the same way, maybe have a vote as to which is the most popular overall?

Me either really. Just wanted to make some sort of cartoony intro title thingy like people have at the start of their show reeles ect.

yea i appreciate that man, i didn't really build him with the intention of rigging him, just had a pose in mind so i modelled him in that position, thanks man. hoping to release some more models soon. good to know that they are appreciated, alot of love went into them, especially the little girl and the seagull :D

Hey guys a few of you have helped me out a fair bit in the time ive been here, namely everfresh, igor, kingcoma,vozz, Nigel amongst others so as a little thanks, ive uploaded some of my character models in the downloads section in 2 packs, which are currently awaiting approval, use them as you wish :D, a side note most where not modelled with rigging in mind, as most of my work atm is stills so, you may need to make a few adjustments, extra edge loops ect if you want to animate them. files come with lighting set ups/materials and textures , will be releasing more of these in the future, probably the penncrest tv/ mouse trap/ granny character/ Alien blaster and my current superman project, Enjoy, V

Loving this charcoal dark grey colour and the little new tag next to the areas of the Café that have new content is a neat little addition aswell starting to look really pro now :D

love the colour scheme :D logo looks too small to me though personally

Personally I think a Facebook page would be more detrimental to the Café than positive; as for one Its another thing that you'll have to invest time in running , answering questions ect ect. Also as Jim pointed out I don't think it would be a great idea to draw members away from the main site, if I'm going to come online to the Café it's obviously because I have something 3d related to post/ask/request ect where as if I'm on Facebook it's easy to get distracted by conversations with friends ect.if you're set on branching out Personally I think some sort of c4d cafe YouTube channel with a series of user/admin made tutorials would be a better idea simular to greyscalegorrilla. I've run both a Facebook page and YouTube channel for a community site before and from experience the video side of it did alot better , just my 2 , V
