  1. Yes, I've got a nice pair of brown trousers for when I'm going maximum speed - it is properly terrifying to go that fast standing up. Boys and their toys, hey ?
  2. When I'm not C4Ding, I am usually out hovering around the countryside on various newfangled glidey devices, but my most recent acquisition, the wonderful Gotway MSuper18V3 is a true monster of an EUC, capable of nearly 50 Kph, and with a 35 mile range. It's also a veritable modelling challenge, and I have some down time, so off I go... You join me as I am almost at the end of modelling, some tweaks left to do, and a few more details to add, but generally pleased so far that it's quads all the way. The tyre, knee pads, and pedals have been the most enjoyable things to model so far, whereas the hardest has been getting the various contours and panel indents of the main shell casing right. CBR

    NEU DECO

Oh that is some very rewarding artwork :) Especially like the last one.
  4. Dammit I knew you were going to ask me that :) And now of course I can't find it. Maybe I'm confusing C4D with another app - I am sure I have seen that tick box somewhere, and I really thought it was C4D. I was so sure I even checked versions back to R14 to see if anything had changed, but no. Could it be possible that button was in R13 or lower - I don't have those installed any more so can't check... anyway - sorry to be giving you duff advice ! :)
  5. Did you use object glow or material glow for that ? I suspect it's the latter, but might benefit from being the former ! Object glow has a 'glow behind' tickbox you can turn off which you could use so your glows didn't pass through things in front of them, if you see what I mean.
  6. Ah yes. The statue will be holding the golden quadraform. Up high, like a shining beacon of example to the masses.
  7. No. But you are in line to win the much-coveted 'Galactic Golden Quad Statuette'.
  8. Of course I noted that, Inquisitor Vector. It's gone on your annual report.
  9. Quite aside from the female 'features', that's a damn sexy bit of mesh work there :)
  10. Are you aware of the house builder preset in C4D R16 ? - it's in your content browser (somewhere). That allows you to do everything you mentioned with walls and doors and windows, but alas doesn't do roofs. It does ceilings, but not roofs. I am not aware of any existing script that can do roofs for you. How would it know which points to weld in anything more complicated than a simple rectangle ? CBR
  11. The only word for that bushy tail hair is 'fabulous' :)
  12. 1. Good question. I would like to know the answer to this too :) 2. You simply cannot change the UV map once you have applied a sculpt tag. Very important to get UV map right before you start sculpting. You are definitely improving - this one looks a good deal less androgynous than version 2. Keep up the good work :) CBR
  13. Yep - I never heard of metal in that context...
  14. Inspector Gadget on the right there ? Don't know the other 2 tho :)
  15. Interesting. Eyebrows aside, I can't tell if that's male or female. It has elements of both.
  16. Yes it would be nice if that sort of thing was in the documentation, but if it is, I'm damned if I can find it :)
  17. @VECTOR Hail Vectron ! Which will make no sense unless you've seen this.
  18. Por favor, use sólo Inglés en este foro. Puedes usar Google Translate. You can access these files by sending a support ticket ( select 'storage access' as type). CBR
  19. Those are excellent ! Really like the style.
  20. I like the little rubber hairs :)
  21. I like the overall look - reminds me of that guy from the Hit-man games. The nose is particularly good. Couple of crits if you don't mind.... 1. That 'happy accident' on the lips just looks like an accident - you should really fix that. I suspect it is caused by a problem in your UV map. 2. You will rarely see a photograph of a human head, that close, with that much depth of field / blurring. Usually the whole head is in focus and only the background blurred. 3. Keep trying with C4d hair. It is possible to get great results out of that. At the moment your eyebrows look a bit weird. 4. He seems strangely hairless apart from eyebrows - perhaps would benefit from some stubble around the jawline / beard area. 5. Even though you have put some lines and pores in, which are good, it could still do with more detail; this is a very smooth face. Some colour might help to distinguish it from clay. Hope that helps CBR
  22. @czarnyrobert Have you given this to MAXON as a suggestion on their website ? They'll never add it if nobody tells them about it...
  23. That looks really cool. Impressive collision avoidance, and speedy real time :)
