Anchorpoint is a pipeline tool for project and asset management. It takes care of Version Control, Tasks and Reviews. It shows you a nice overview of your versions and variations. They have a so called Attribute System, which allows you to create Tags, Notes and Time Tracking on any file or folder. Review tools (still in development) will allow you to draw on any image or video. Everything in one single application.

It is still in development but you can already sign up for free beta access. It is free for single users as well.
