  2. Here is a helper capsule - Split polygons. It simply turns polygons into individual geometry. You can dive into the capsule and split jsut parts of the mesh If you press convert the capsule you will get individual objects from polygons. Graph Subgraph P.S. This also answers one pm that I got. Folks, please ask questions in public so everyone can benefit from it : ) 02_Split_Polygons.c4d

  3. Another way to think of it: is the map being used as colour - or as numerical data? If the latter it should not be colour or gamma corrected - therefore Raw.

  4. Their complete buisness model was to close C4D gaps. Those gaps are being closed step by step by Maxon so yes they need to change thier model.

  7. @martijnP Here is a fixed version of the asset, that you can use until it is fixed in the data base. Just go to the Asset Browser, choose "Import Assets" from the Create menu, select the zip file (no need to unzip) and choose "Preferences" as your database (or any other db if you have created any). After that your scene file should load with the fixed version of the asset. If not, select the Greeble Assert in the Object Manager, go to the Basic tab and set the Asset Version to either "Latest" or the newest in the dropdown. Greeble_fix.zip

  8. Here's a fun example for what you can do with Scene Nodes: You can implement even a game! I added comments to the node graph, I hope that helps if you are interested in the example. Here's the C4D file, it requires 2023.1: tetris.c4d tetris.mp4 To play the game, you have to press the usual play button in Cinema, and then either use the arrows for the Move/Rotate/Drop user data of the Keyboard Handler to control the game or install these Python scripts and assign shortcuts to them with the script manager. tetris_scripts.zip For a new round you have to reload the scene.

  9. I was looking in your setup and it seems quite useful! I was wandering if there is a way to randomize the objects position. I need to do something like in the attached image and cylinders should not intersect with each other, maybe ther's an easy way top get it done with this node setup
