  1. I used C4D to create a fan film based off the game 'Subnautica' - Super fun project that took about 2 years to finish. Rendered with Arnold/Redshift

  2. To conclude this topic: I've been now using R23, I've made the switch during two projects, but I am finding R23 a bit more stable than S24. There are some unfixed bugs of course that this version will die with.. but at least, performance wise, I can work better and non stop, compared to some weird freezes and sudden closing of application I was getting at S24. These issues have been pointed out to be a nvidia driver issue, since I am using an older version of the driver, because the new one, freezes with Redshift completely, not just C4D and Redshift, but the whole computer, for a few seconds. After I am done with the projects, I will give R25 a try (I will cry about leaving Signal behind of course... 😞 hehe)) Thank you all for your inputs!

    This is a procedural Environment fog for C4D+Redshift with more complex settings than the Redshift Standard fog: -- Control for Basic Fog Breakup (Maxon Noise) -- Control for Fog Height based on world coordinates -- Control for Fog Depth based on camera depth -- Control for Fog Hero Clouds for additional complexity Most of the appearances can be controlled via the last ramp in the respective group. Alternate Breakups can be achieved with different noise types. Noises can of course be animated for additional breeziness. Credits: - Basic setup by the great Redshift forum chief, Adrian. Something for our German friends 😄 part of a project I worked on for Aixsponza studios, the other stuff I worked on is airing later this month 😄 was responsible for retopo/remodelling a majority of the sculpted characters into lower poly riggable assets.
