Sad Farewell

The text said Sad, Farewell in Korean.

I'm not good at English. Sorry for the bad explains.

I've never done water simulation before so, this is my first piece of it.
It was the first time to use Flip simulation in Houdini FX
Morphing text and flip simulation were made in SideFX Houdini
The spiral fluid was made with Insydium x-particles.
I rendered with Autodesk Arnold in Cinema 4D.

Actually, My main is After Effects and 2D works so, these projects were the experience and also exercise to me.

I want to make how was it feeling when I was farewelled.
I felt sinking and drowning in the water.
Tears are exploded and rolling in my eyes.
And feels like falling into nowhere.

So, that's what I want to express through this project.

I also made sound by my self with a bunch of free music and sound FX within Adobe Audition.
I always think violin sounds like background music after breaking up.
Thought that I, Someone made violin who had break up sadly. Maybe.
